pkrbat Terms and Conditions — Complete User Agreement for Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete and binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pkrbat ("we," "us," "the platform," "pkrbat") governing your access to and use of the pkrbat website, mobile interface, games, and all related services. By registering an account on pkrbat, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any pkrbat service. Your continued use of pkrbat following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page and pkrbat will notify registered players of material changes by email.

pkrbat is a licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms are written in English and governed under the laws applicable to our operating jurisdiction. For Pakistani players, these Terms represent the complete and exclusive understanding between you and pkrbat regarding the services described herein.

To register and use pkrbat you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the laws of your specific location.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register accounts on pkrbat.
• You must be registering your own account using your own true personal information. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by pkrbat or any affiliated gaming operator. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must contact pkrbat support before attempting to re-register.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

pkrbat reserves the right to request documentation confirming your identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in your account being suspended until the verification is completed. pkrbat takes age verification seriously and will never knowingly allow underage players to use the platform.

When you register on pkrbat, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. The information you provide must exactly match your official identification documents. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on pkrbat. The existence of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using the same or different personal information, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. When multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, pkrbat will close all duplicate accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit all balances held in the duplicate accounts. The original account may be retained at pkrbat's discretion following investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pkrbat login credentials. You should choose a strong and unique password that you do not use on any other platform. pkrbat strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Any activity that occurs on your account using your login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact pkrbat support immediately.

pkrbat will never ask for your password through email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from pkrbat that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

pkrbat accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits on pkrbat: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though pkrbat reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks for large deposits.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. You may not deposit using a payment method belonging to another person. Depositing from a shared account or a corporate account is not permitted. If pkrbat identifies a deposit made from a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder, the deposit will be returned to the source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are processed in real time in most cases. In the event of a delay due to your payment provider's processing times, the credited amount will appear in your pkrbat wallet as soon as pkrbat receives confirmation from the payment provider. pkrbat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

pkrbat processes withdrawal requests to the payment methods verified on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. pkrbat targets processing all withdrawal requests within 10 minutes, though actual arrival times may vary depending on your payment provider. Withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account identity verification must be complete. pkrbat may request copies of government-issued identification (CNIC), proof of address, or evidence of payment method ownership as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Completing KYC promptly ensures there are no delays on your withdrawal requests. pkrbat aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents.

Withdrawals will only be paid to methods from which you have previously deposited, and only up to the amount deposited via that method. If your total withdrawal amount exceeds what you deposited via a particular method, the excess may be paid via an alternative verified method. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and is applied uniformly to all pkrbat players.

pkrbat does not charge any fees on withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount in a single transaction is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional documentation.

pkrbat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence for that particular offer.

The pkrbat Welcome Bonus is available to new players making their first deposit. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirement are detailed in the Welcome Bonus offer page at the time of registration. pkrbat reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, though changes will not affect bonuses that have already been claimed.

General bonus rules that apply to all pkrbat promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked with other bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states that combining is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe. If the timeframe expires before the requirement is satisfied, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• pkrbat determines which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what rate. Teen Patti and Ludo typically contribute 100%. Roulette outside bets contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual bonus terms.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply when wagering a bonus. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet limit while completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus being voided.
• pkrbat reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withhold a bonus if it suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, even if the specific behaviour is not listed in these Terms.

All games available on pkrbat — including but not limited to Teen Patti, Roulette, Ludo Games, Live Casino games, Online Casino slots, and Virtual Sports — operate under the specific rules published for each game. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before participating. pkrbat accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All RNG-based games on pkrbat use a certified Random Number Generator that is independently audited and certified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory. The RNG certification is renewed on an annual basis. Live Casino games use real physical equipment — real wheels, real cards, real dice — operated by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment. pkrbat does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical error, connection failure, or system malfunction during a game, pkrbat reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all bets placed in that round to the players. pkrbat will not honour winnings from game rounds that were affected by confirmed technical errors. Where it is impossible to determine the outcome of a round affected by an error, the round will be voided and bets returned.

Game history, transaction records, and account activity logs are maintained by pkrbat for a minimum of five years. Players may request their personal game history through the account history section or by contacting support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrbat. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and — where the violation is confirmed — permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud and dishonesty — including providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, creating accounts using another person's identity, or any other form of deception directed at pkrbat or other players.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players at the same table to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in Poker or Teen Patti, or sharing hand information in real time.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, or systematically exploiting bonus terms in ways not intended by pkrbat.
• Software exploitation — using any bot, automated software, artificial intelligence tool, or other program to play on pkrbat or to automate any part of the gaming experience without explicit written consent from pkrbat.
• Money laundering — depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity, or using pkrbat as a mechanism to move or clean proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider after making a deposit on pkrbat. Chargebacks are treated as fraud on pkrbat and will result in immediate account closure and recovery action for the full disputed amount.
• Unauthorised access — attempting to access pkrbat's systems, databases, or source code without authorisation, or attempting to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

pkrbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reason to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, is engaged in prohibited activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or where required by law or regulatory obligation.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, pkrbat will communicate the reason for the suspension and the expected timeline for resolution by email. During a suspension, the player may not access the platform, place bets, or request withdrawals. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and all balances restored. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

Players who wish to close their own pkrbat account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real money balance will be paid out to a verified withdrawal method after all pending wagering requirements have been addressed. Voluntary account closure does not constitute self-exclusion — if you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling habits, please use the self-exclusion tool instead.

pkrbat may also suspend accounts as a precautionary measure if unusual activity is detected — for example, if multiple login attempts occur from unknown locations, or if a payment provider flags a transaction. These precautionary suspensions are temporary and resolved as quickly as possible through verification.

pkrbat is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We recognise that for some people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available on pkrbat and accessible from every player's account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders — Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified amount of time.
• Cooling-Off Period — Take a break from pkrbat for a specified number of days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or play.
• Self-Exclusion — Request exclusion from pkrbat for a minimum period of six months or permanently. Self-exclusion is applied within minutes and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications from pkrbat will also be suspended.

pkrbat's support team is trained to recognise signs of potential problem gambling. If a support agent believes a player may be experiencing difficulties, they will offer information about the available tools and support resources. pkrbat encourages all players to use deposit limits as a standard practice — not only those who are experiencing difficulties.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkrbat intellectual property without express written permission.

You may view and access pkrbat content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any use of pkrbat content for commercial purposes — including reproducing the pkrbat logo, game interfaces, or any other branded element — without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pkrbat's liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkrbat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — howsoever arising.

pkrbat does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or events outside pkrbat's control may result in temporary unavailability. pkrbat will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Gambling involves risk. pkrbat provides the platform and games in good faith but does not guarantee any outcome. Losses sustained while using pkrbat are the player's own responsibility. Players are reminded that they should only gamble with funds they can afford to lose, and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes in games of chance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of pkrbat's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of pkrbat, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance — the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, pkrbat operates a formal complaints procedure. To submit a formal complaint, send a written description of your complaint to support@pkrbat.bet with the subject line "Formal Complaint." pkrbat will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 days. If you remain dissatisfied following pkrbat's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence pkrbat operates.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms must be brought in the courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms. You and pkrbat both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for this purpose.
